COLOURFUL RAJASTHAN

Destinatons : Delhi - Jaipur - Ajmer - Pushkar - Udaipur - Mount Abu – Jodhpur - Jaipur - Delhi

Day 01: Delhi – Jaipur (265 kms. / 5 hrs.)
Arrive Delhi Airport / Railway Station and proceed to Jaipur popularly known as Pink City, the flamboyant & colourful capital of Rajasthan. With its rich & colourful past, resplendent with tales of valour & bravery, it is now one of the most important heritage cities in India. En-route visit Amber Fort the palace complex which stands to this date was commenced under the reign of Raja Man Singh. We take an Elephant ride(if available) to reach the Fort situated on the hill, an overwhelming experience.Upon arrival at Jaipur, transfer to hotel. Evening at leisure to explore the attractive and colorful markets of Jaipur. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 02: Jaipur - Ajmer - Pushkar
Post breakfast, we visit the City Palace, a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture. The center of the palace is a seven-storied building called Chandra Palace, with fine views over the gardens & the city. Further we visit Jantar Mantar (Solar Observatory), an astronomical treasure house, with solar devices that give accurate predictions till date. We now visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a five-storied structure of pink sandstone. It was built in the year 1799 so that veiled royal women could peer down the busy street market unseen by the world through its 593 stone Jharokas (mini windows). Later, proceed to Ajmer (135 kms. / 3 hrs.), visit the famous Dargah of Salim Chisti and later drive to Pushkar (11 kms.). Visit the only Brahma Temple in India and Pushkar Lake. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Pushkar.

Day 03: Pushkar – Udaipur (286 kms. / 6 hrs.)
After breakfast, proceed to Udaipur . Upon arrival, check-in to the Hotel. Later proceed for city tour of Udaipur including visiting City Palace on lake Pichola, nearby you visit the Jagdish temple followed by Sahelion- Ki -Bari, the "ladies garden" and the beautiful garden surrounding the Pratap Memorial overlooking Fateh Sagar lake and museum of Folk art the Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Udaipur.

Day 04: Udaipur - Mount Abu (190 kms. / 4.5 hrs.)
Morning drive to Mount Abu ,the only Hill Station in Rajasthan at an altitude of 1,220 mts. crowning the highest peak of the Aravali Hills. Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel. Later visit the magnificent Dilwara Jain Temples built in 11 century, Sunset point and Nakki Lake. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Mount Abu.

Day 05: Mount Abu - Jodhpur
After breakfast depart to Jodhpur (325 kms. / 7 hrs.), the second largest city of Rajasthan. Proceed for sightseeing of Jodhpur, visit the Majestic Mehrangarh Fort, sprawled across a 125 meter high hill and is the most impressive and formidable fort in the fort-studded Rajasthan, continue to Jaswant Thada a cluster of Royal cenotaphs built in 1899, lastly visit the Umaid Bhavan Palace and museum. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 06: Jodhpur – Jaipur (336 kms. / 7 hrs.).
Post breakfast, depart for Jaipur. Upon arrival at Jaipur transfer to the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Jaipur.

Day 07: Jaipur – Delhi (260 kms. / 5 hrs.).
Post breakfast , check-out and drive to Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi, transfer to Airport / Railway Station for return journey. Tour Concludes.
